## How do I know the wall is dry before a handyman closes it up?

Ask how they check. Our handymen measure with a moisture meter before any drywall goes back up.

Closing a wall over damp framing traps the water and the repair fails, sometimes with mold behind it. A few days of patience is good insurance against doing the job twice. Once the reading is right, the rebuild moves quickly.
