On the day of the work, the handyman protects your floors, works through the list, cleans up, and walks it with you. If something we did is not right later, we come back and make it right.

Florida Handyman License Requirements, Explained
Florida draws a legal line through handyman work. Without a state license, a handyman can only take on minor repairs. Remodeling, structural work, and anything the state defines as contracting requires a licensed contractor registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Hiring unlicensed help for that work can leave the homeowner holding the liability.
Florida does not actually issue a handyman license. There is no such category in state law. What the state licenses is contracting, through the Construction Industry Licensing Board, and a handyman company that holds contractor licenses outright sidesteps the whole problem.
