Walls and ceilings in one room or the whole house, prepped, cut in, and rolled clean. We move the furniture, cover the floors, and put the room back together when we are done.
Exterior House Painting and Stucco
Stucco, wood and aluminum siding, fascia, and shutters, washed, sealed, primed, then painted. Stucco repaints are most of our exterior work, and we book them for the dry months.
Trim and Door Painting
Baseboards, casing, crown, and interior doors sanded and brushed smooth in a finish that wipes clean. A faded front door gets the same care on the outside.
Touch-Up Painting and Color Matching
One wall, one patch, or the scuffed stairwell, matched to the color you already have from a can, a lid, or a chip off the wall. Small jobs are welcome.
Repairs Before Paint
Nail holes, drywall dings, cracked caulk, and hairline stucco cracks fixed first, so we never paint over a problem. The same team does the surface repair and the paint.

One Room, One Wall, or Just the Spots That Show
You do not need a whole house job to give us a call. One accent wall is welcome, and so is the hallway the movers scuffed. Interior painting services are most of our painting work, so a single room is an ordinary day for our handymen.
Touch-ups are where a painting handyman earns the visit. We fill the hole, match the wall texture, and match the color so the repair disappears. Bring out a leftover can or its lid if you have one. If not, we take a small chip to the paint store and match from that. You are welcome to buy the paint yourself, too, and plenty of homeowners do.

Faded, Chalky Stucco Comes Back With the Right Prep
Most Florida houses are stucco, and the sun is hard on a home's exterior. South and west walls fade and turn chalky first. Shaded north walls grow mildew. Hairline cracks open over the years and let rain get in behind the paint. Paint over any of that and you get peeling paint by the next rainy season.
So exterior house painting starts with power washing and a mildew treatment. Hairline cracks get a flexible sealant, and bare or patched surfaces get primer. Everything that should not get paint is covered first, and the trim is cut in by hand. We book exterior repaints for the dry season, November through April, so the paint cures in dry air instead of racing an afternoon storm.

What Moves the Price of a Paint Job
Two rooms the same size can price differently. Several factors move the price of a painting project, and you should see them before you choose. We walk the job first, then put an accurate quote in writing.
How much prep the walls need
Failing caulk, chalky stucco, old water damage, and the number of patches set most of the labor. Smooth walls in good shape go quickly. Walls that need fixing take longer, and we give you an honest look at what we found.
Height and reach
Stairwells, vaulted ceilings, and second story walls are hard to reach areas that need taller ladders or planks. Working safely up high is slower than working from the floor.
How big the color change is
Going from a deep color to a light one takes more coats than freshening the same color. We tell you when a color choice changes the labor, so you can decide with that in mind.
Walls only, or walls and trim
Brushwork on trim and doors is time consuming, careful work. A walls-only refresh and a full repaint of walls, trim, doors, and ceilings are two different jobs, and the written estimate splits them out.

Can I buy the paint myself?
Of course. Plenty of customers pick the color and buy the paint, and we bring everything else professional painters use: drop cloths, tape, patching, brushes, and rollers. If you would rather we supply quality materials, the paint goes on the written price, so nothing is added later.
Do you repair the walls before painting?
Yes, and a painter who skips it is not saving you anything. Nail holes, drywall dings, cracked caulk, and hairline stucco cracks are fixed as part of the prep. Bigger drywall or wood rot repairs go on the same estimate, so one handyman handles all of it.
How much does interior or exterior house painting cost?
Inside or out, the cost comes down to the prep, the height, how much trim is in the job, and how big the color change is. We look first, then put one price in writing, and it does not change once you approve it. When you compare bids, check that each one names the prep, the number of coats, and the cleanup. A bid that skips the prep does not save money in the long run.
My shaded walls keep growing mildew. Will new paint stop it?
Paint alone will not, and you are right to ask before spending on it. Mildew and other moisture problems have to be cleaned and treated first, so we are not sealing them under a fresh coat. Done in that order, the new paint stays clean far longer, though any shaded Florida wall still likes an occasional rinse as simple maintenance.
