Both the initial Manager who provided estimates and the technician who arrived to perform the work were highly knowledgeable and did an excellent job of assessing and performing the exact service and repairs required on a damaged and blocked downspout. Zach from the Handyman Company did excellent work on my attic cover. The cover wasn’t seating properly, which was letting hot air into the closet where it mixed with the vents and created condensation—basically a perfect environment for mold. Zach trimmed two sides of the cover so it fits snugly and completely eliminated the draft. The work was quick, efficient, and solved the problem perfectly. Highly recommend!

They did a fabulous job at my son’s new house. He had ceiling fans put up, ten curtain rods, weather stripping put up on the front door, and many pictures hung up. Brian and Daniel were very professional and so kind, from giving the quote to doing the actual job. Daniel also did a few patch jobs for my son that were not in the quote because he noticed they needed done. So pleased with everything and we will definitely be calling them back for more work in the near future. Great price and high-end performance. Highly recommend them. 😊

Great company! When I called to make the appointment the person I talked to was very nice. They sent Elton out to fix my door. He was a true gentleman. He even ran to Home Depot for me to get the parts needed. If I need anything fixed in the future I know who to call. I will even ask for Elton to come out if possible. Their customer service was amazing, when I scheduled my initial appointment they were very helpful and informative and walked me through the entire process PLUS they were able to come out quickly. Jack the GM and Louie the craftsman were able to totally transform a kitchen at one of our rentals we purchased. Before the kitchen was outdated and closed off, they were able to modernize it and make it a highlight of the condo. All of our guest have enjoyed the updated kitchen. John Carlo was excellent painter and you could tell he had a lot of experience in painting. Job was finished in one day complete with power washing the wall on my pool deck, painting the base coat let dry and the the color coat which matched perfectly considering the wall had not been painted in 15 years..Best of all wife came home and was happy as she question my choice of using Handyman company..Also I got 3 bids from paint company from on google and they had the best price. Highly recommended and I will use them again in the future

Need some patchwork work on the ceiling: The drywall company I scheduled to do this back in January never showed up: Took the deposit and nothing was done. After 2 months of waiting, Tom from the Handyman Company showed up and provided a fair estimate that was well under what the other company estimated because Tom explained that the issue was not what the other contractor claimed. Tom was here for the job the same week. Very satisfied with the work and he explained the “why, how, and cause of the issue”. Integrity and transparency along with personable nature sets this company above others I have worked with.

I had some fascia and soffit repairs done on my house. Eric was very professional. I was given a estimate. He came by on the date we agreed to for him to do the job. Once finished he cleaned up the area where he did the work. The final bill ended up to be apx $150 dollars below the original estimate. I was very pleased with the results.

We've been looking for a handyman to take care of some things around the house, but we kept getting the runaround from those we contacted. I found the Handyman Company in the Orange County Five-Star-Rated directory and called them on a Thursday. They returned my call on Monday, had an incredible handyman out on Tuesday, and he just finished some repairs on our front doorframe today (Wednesday). They sent a Craftsman named Patrick J. to my home to repair the base of the guest bathroom toilet and a picnic table that needed reinforcement and painting. He showed up right on time, came fully prepared, and got straight to work. What I appreciated most was how professional, friendly, and detail-oriented he was. Patrick took special care to clean and remove the previous material that held the toilet in place. He then installed all new material. The project was immaculate. Patrick then went to my backyard and completed the picnic table repairs. The results were excellent—everything looks and works perfectly now. His pricing was fair; he cleaned up thoroughly after the job and even took the time to explain what he was doing so I’d know how to maintain it. Much like others in the reviews we were having trouble finding someone available and willing to do the work we needed in our bathroom. So much so I wish I used them for the entire project. RJ Bosler was excellent. He was diligent, helpful, insightful and experienced. We have a kitchen project we are now budgeting for and they will be the first we call.

Just bought my first house, I have soft hands and no idea how to take care of some of these minor repairs. Called them up and they sent out Scott. Quoted me what I felt was a fair price for a list of like 15 minor things that I noticed or the inspector did. Did a great job and I have no complaints. The contractors did an excellent job on my home in the beginning of 09-2024. Our contract included: 1) Remove/Replace the drywall in my garage [I am amazed at how this turned out], 2) Finish the trim work in the house [Amazing Job on how the corners matched up and exceeded my expectations], 3) Put up paneling work in dining room [I have always wanted this done in my dinning room and it looks amazing], 4) Paint the Outside Gabel Ends a Dark Brown [Haven't had brown Gabel Ends in a very long time and it looks wonderful], and 5) Complete 6 different Patches on the drywall in the house [The patches match the original texture and it looks wonderful]. The contract didn't include painting inside the house because I plan to complete the painting myself. The company's prices for the contract were within the expected range for the work being preformed. If I had any questions, the Manager on my account had no problem answering the questions I had. This was an exceptional company to work with and to help me complete my projects on the home. I plan to continue to use this company in the future. Thank you guys for all of your hard work!

Working with the team at The Handyman Company Jacksonville has been the BEST decision I've made regarding hiring professional tradespeople. WOW. Personal shoutouts to Brian Bacalor for his excellent management of my project - always timely, responsive, helpful. Amethyst and the other members of the office staff were also terrific. Their service was friendly, professional. Finally, biggest shout out for ADRIAN, who actually did all the work involved in our project. We did a bathroom renovation and he did all the work: demo, re-framing for a tub-shower conversion, new wainscoting for the walls, tile for the new shower, changing the plumbing, setting the new vanity, etc. He is by far the best craftsman I've ever worked with. His work is impeccable, meticulous. He is an artisan. He was so respectful of our home and everyday he left the work space completely clean and neat. Although it shouldn't matter, it was also oddly comforting/confidence boosting how clean and neat he was every day in his personal appearance as well. I don't know how he did it, but he worked hard and long every single day and always managed to look as neat as his workspace. The entire process was transparent from the very beginning and at every point where the situation required deviation from the original contract, Adrian communicated with me and Brian immediately followed up with very clear explanations of process and cost. No changes were made without my approval, and nothing was a surprise. Communication was clear, consistent and trustworthy. At every point, the entire team lived up to their words, every single time. Always showed up, always on time. The only downside? The bathroom looks so good my husband and I don't want to use it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Handyman Team/Sarasota was exceptional installing my new modern wall mount range hood. The project was a bit challenging with removing the old hood and adjusting the cabniet opening to accommodate the new hood. Zach, my tech, was a true professional taking time to drill thru the ceramic backsplash tiles without any breakage for the mounting plates, centered and adjusted the height to ensure the decorative unit had maximum exposure, and installed a separate electrical box to accommodate the short cable. Very neat and clean. The price for my project was very competitive and fair and I will soon have them back for another remodeling project. Great job!!!

I was worried how they would do the outside work because I had some rotten area but ok stuff mixed in on my Fascia. What they did was awesome, they removed all the old stuff rotten or not and replace it with all new. They took care of the small stuff under the eaves as well as another area by my door. Nothing old was left and replaced by all new. Can't thank them enough, will use them again if the time comes up!

This is a follow up to the first job, I hired Handyman Company for 2 more jobs. George Laguardia did both of these and did a phenomenal job, again I couldn’t be more pleased ! The first was to paint the entry way walls (20 ft tall !) and the crown molding, not easily accessible. He did a perfect job and it came out looking beautiful! He also painted the crown molding and wall/seams in the living room, dining room, and pool bath, as well as the door jams, trim and interior doors etc of 9 doors/entryways. Came out exquisitely :>). George is multitalented and in addition put up additional crown molding in the kitchen/great/room and a little more baseboard work. He has 20 years experience doing this and it shows in the quality of his workmanship. Also very professional, punctual, great work ethic, and cleaned up everything daily. Highly recommended, I already have another job planned when he becomes available again. Phenomenal job, had about 225 feet of baseboard installed with the attendant prep, paint, etc. Came out beautifully. Chris is a true professional, great work ethic, knows his business and George did beautiful work as well. We had a small but difficult project where we needed laminate flooring to be taken up and then replaced in order to get our old dishwasher out. The original floor installer blocked it in. Alex did a great job carefully removing the existing flooring, then replacing with new, once the dishwasher was removed. We had other companies that said they couldn't do the job. We are very happy and would use them again.

Living in Florida can present some problems for older people. Most people come to work on your home and pray and take advantage. NOT THESE GUYS! They have been a great helping us get our home ready to go on the market. Little things here and there, some fascia work, some outside trim work, and then bigger things. New bathroom shower, new drywall and popcorn patch work in garage, then repainting entire ceiling. We had the pleasure of Tyler, being our person for everything, very well mannered, helpful, always there when he says he will be. If something has held him up you will get a call or a text message. Always double checking to make sure you are happy with how things are going, if there is any problem. Just a joy to work with. You need to use these guys, prices are good, walk through every step with you. I will NEVER call anyone while we are still living here other than The Handyman Company. Jorge is an excellent craftsman with a great personality. He can do virtually anything from a small job to a major one. I truly enjoyed working with him and would recommend him highly if you need any handyman work done.

Brian and Jorge were professionalism tradesmen. They performed a siding replacement on our house. The job took a little longer than expected. The house was also built in 1948 so I was expecting some hangups not knowing what was behind the siding. I would highly recommend.
