Can you redo my whole bathroom without it taking over my life?
Yes, because the plan comes before the demo. We walk the room with you, settle every choice that affects the price, and put it all in writing. Then one handyman runs the job start to finish on a schedule you know ahead of time, so your bathroom is torn up only as long as it has to be.
Florida bathrooms fight humidity and water damage every day. Our handymen build showers on backer board with a proper waterproof layer, set tile flat, and vent the room so the new grout stays clean. When the old tub is the problem, a tub-to-shower conversion is often the right answer.

Do I have to tear out my whole kitchen to make it feel new?
Usually not. Most of the kitchen remodel jobs we take on keep their walls and their plumbing where they are. New cabinets and counters, a backsplash, better lighting, and a floor that ties the rooms together change how the kitchen feels without starting from studs.
We keep the kitchen usable for as long as we can while the work goes on. The price covers the whole scope in writing, and the choices that move it most get talked through before anything is ordered. We do not paint cabinets; we replace or adjust them.

Floors and finish work
What flooring holds up best in a Florida house?
Tile is the flooring we install most, then laminate, then wood. Most Florida homes sit on a concrete slab, so we check the slab for cracks and high spots before anything goes down. A flat base is what keeps tile from cracking and planks from clicking.
New floors are also the moment to finish the room. Baseboard, door casing, and crown molding go back tight to the new floor, and the transitions between rooms stay low enough for bare feet.
