Doors, drywall, and bathrooms, in that order, and almost all of it is work we were glad to take. Here are 55 estimate requests pulled from our website between August 12 and September 3, 2026, sorted by what people called about, most common first.

The hard part is never the hanging. It is what the screw goes into. A stud, a proper toggle, or a masonry anchor in a block wall holds for years. Drywall alone does not.

If you want to try first, find the stud without a stud finder. If you would rather not, that is no trouble at all. TV mounts, curtain rods, closet systems, and furniture assembly all fit in one visit, done right the first time.

Anything below the roof, and the sooner the better, because Florida weather does not wait. Seven requests were exterior: rotten wood around a garage, soffit and fascia starting to rot, a cracked stucco flower box letting water into the wall, window trim, a porch to rescreen, gutters to clean under a big oak, a gate to fix, and a chimney to paint.

Painting and floors, yes, and both change how a room feels the same day. Five requests were painting: a bedroom, garage walls, half a house interior, two office walls, a chimney.
